Personal Note

It was one of the most complex projects I've ever worked on: by the vastness of the organisation, managing a team of freelancers, as well as designing to standardise processes while leaving space for local adaptation, especially incorporating non-digital to digital processes as data connection and electricity is not always accessible in the forefront.
