Result Analysis of previous research and reports
User Interviews over 50+ interviews, across 25 countries, and different positions from people working on the frontline with the participants to staff based in the Head Quarters (HQ) in Norway
Alignment Workshop with the internal team, to refine essential features for the MVP, analyse and optimise existing workflows
Presentations to global and regional Lead Level to maintain the organisation’s support and manage internal politics
User Testing to validate design decisions and refine usabilityUsing Research & Testing Sessions were used to build relationships and trust to increase adoptability

It was one of the most complex projects I've ever worked on: by the vastness of the organisation, managing a team of freelancers, as well as designing to standardise processes while leaving space for local adaptation, especially incorporating non-digital to digital processes as data connection and electricity is not always accessible in the forefront.
